About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village is responsible for creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role supports the company's mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
• Handle donations, sorting, and processing items for resale.
• Assist in the production process, including packaging and labeling items for sale.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Savers University.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, warehousing, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $17.15 to $22.60 per hour, depending on job duties and experience.
