About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Thrift Proud by ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and production areas.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, and prepare donations for resale
• Handle inventory counts and restocking
• Assist in the processing of returns and exchanges
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus
• Customer service orientation
• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
