Responsibilities

• Process donations and merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Organize and stock merchandise in preparation for sales
• Assist customers with finding items they need
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $13.00 to $17.13 depending on job duty/position.
