About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village is part of a larger mission to champion reuse and support local nonprofit organizations through the resale of gently-used items.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory and merchandise in the warehouse and production areas
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and meets quality standards
• Process donations and ensure they are accepted according to policies
• Support customer service needs in the warehouse and production areas
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Experience in retail or warehouse operations is preferred

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
