About the role
The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Handle donations and sorting of gently-used items
- Assist in stocking and organizing retail displays
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service
- Participate in team-building activities and company events
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or warehouse operations is a plus
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
