About the role
The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial part in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Process donations and maintain donation records
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus
