Responsibilities

• Manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage of merchandise.
• Handle returns and exchanges, communicating effectively with customers and following return policies.
• Participate in production processes, including sorting, packing, and labeling items for resale.
• Work closely with donors to ensure they receive appropriate acknowledgment and support.
• Support team members with training and orientation, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.08 per hour, depending on job duty/position.

Schedule
