Retail Warehouse/Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Uphold store and customer service policies
• Price donations in accordance with company procedures and policy
• Deliver excellent customer service while selling merchandise
• Organize and maintain assigned area
• Adjust to various job duties throughout the workday
• Receive and process incoming donated items
• Provide mentorship to volunteers and communicate with the Volunteer Coordinator
• Perform all job tasks assigned by the ReStore Manager and Assistant Manager

Qualifications

• A passion for customer service
• Experience operating a pallet jack or forklift (a plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more, with or without corrective lenses
• Color determination vision
• The ability to climb ladders or scaffolding up to 6 feet high
• The ability to grasp, reach, stoop, speak, listen, and distinguish differences in odors
• The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 75 lbs
