Retail Warehouse Associate

About the Role

The Retail Warehouse Associate will work in the Factory Store managing the warehouse portion of the store. This role involves managing the inventory of parts, chemicals, and hot tubs and receiving shipments when they arrive. This is a hybrid role that will also help with the storefront when needed to assist customers who enter the store.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper receiving, loading/unloading, storage, and fulfillment of parts
• Check delivered items against bills of lading or purchase orders
• Use forklifts to transport materials to designated aisle and shelf locations
• 5S the workspace, clean, and maintain the warehouse area
• Oversee all inventory in the warehouse and audit the inventory
• Help the sales team when needed
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors and members of management

Requirements

• Will need to pass a Forklift Certification
• Experience with computer data entry, handheld scanning devices, iPad inventory systems, or other inventory-related equipment
• Must have heat, dust, and noise tolerance
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and demands with a high level of accuracy
• Must have a High School education or equivalent
