Key Responsibilities Review simulated retail scenarios and workflows for accuracy and real-world relevance. Provide insights on industry best practices, operational standards, and compliance requirements. Create and refine content related to retail operations, sales, and customer service. Evaluate the logical consistency of retail workflows and decision-making processes. Clarify industry terminology, operational details, and retail-specific challenges. Recommend improvements to AI-generated outputs based on practical experience. Collaborate remotely to communicate expertise and maintain high-quality deliverables. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of hands-on experience in retail trade, operations, or a related field. Experience in areas such as pharmacy operations, retail sales supervision, general management, or private investigation in retail. Strong understanding of retail workflows, industry best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail when reviewing procedures, workflows, and case studies. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote environments.
