Troubleshooting + Repair
- Troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets, and other devices
- Support customers in understanding and resolving issues
Customer Interaction
- Talk tech in simple, helpful ways with customers
- Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
Performance Goals & Commission
- Hit performance goals to earn uncapped commission
Inventory Management & Service
- Manage store inventory
- Pack and ship devices for same-day service
- Promote Connected Home tech protection plans
Hours & Flexibility
- Work flexible retail hours, including weekends
Qualifications
- 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred)
- Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware
- Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills
