Troubleshooting + Repair

• Troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets, and other devices
• Support customers in talking tech in simple, helpful ways
• Manage store inventory and package/ship devices for same-day service
• Promote Connected Home tech protection plans

Performance Goals

• Hit performance goals to earn uncapped commission

Skills & Experience

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills
