Pay

Starts at $15/hr‑$16.50 plus a monthly store incentive.

Schedule

Flexible retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets, and other devices.
• Explain technical information in simple, helpful ways to customers.
• Hit performance goals and earn uncapped commission.
• Manage store inventory.
• Package and ship devices for same‑day service.
• Promote Connected Home tech protection plans.

Requirements

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones, operating systems, and hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, and motivated team player.
