Starts at $15/hr–$16.50 plus monthly store incentive and uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets, and other devices
• Explain technical concepts in simple, helpful ways to customers
• Hit performance goals to earn commission
• Manage store inventory
• Package and ship devices for same-day service
• Promote Connected Home tech protection plans

Schedule

Flexible retail hours, including weekends.

Requirements

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, operating systems, and hardware
• Bonus points for soldering or other technical repair skills
• Friendly, organized, and motivated team player
