What you'll do
- Deliver an excellent customer experience to encourage repeat business and satisfaction
- Greet and engage customers, assisting them in locating products and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and coworkers
- Follow operational procedures, including accurate cash handling and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stock shelves, ensure accurate pricing, and rotate products to maintain quality
- Receive and organize inventory, check in deliveries, and assist in unloading
- Provide training and support to team members
- Retrieve shopping carts and remove snow from sidewalks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Desire to work with customers regularly
- Manual cashier register experience preferred
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail or a similar industry
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands such as standing, walking, and handling products
