Retail Team Member

Pay
Expected pay for this position is $17.00 - $18.89/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
Schedule
Part-time, asking 15 hours per week.

As an extension of OSF HealthCare, Pointcore leverages decades of experience serving hospitals and health systems to extend resources, share costs, and utilize common infrastructure with external clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests of the gift shop.
- Support supervisor and perform tasks to ensure smooth operation, including checking in inventory.
- Open and close the shop.
- Maintain a clean environment.
- Restock available items as needed.
Requirements
- 6 months of retail experience.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED (preferred).
- Experience in retail (preferred).
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills (preferred).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (preferred).
