Retail Team Member

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid guests with purchases, rentals, and cashier sales.
• Deliver excellent guest service in a polite and friendly manner.
• Stock, arrange, clean, and maintain retail merchandise, rental merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
• Promote sales and discourage theft.
• Afford assistance with inventory procedures, price-mark retail merchandise, and support in retail, rentals, and/or attraction areas as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous customer service and cash handling skills are preferred.
• Must possess oral and written English skills and be able to communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members.
• Ability to accept guidance, constructive criticism, and supervision.
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others.
• Required to work in various weather conditions.
• Available to work overtime if over 18 years old.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail is required.
