Retail Team Leader - Full Time

Primary Responsibility

Aid store management with the execution of daily operations, excluding personnel issues.

Job Functions

• Assist with general operations, including merchandise acquisition, display, and sale.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and rotation of goods.
• Create and submit sales reports and maintain accurate retail information.
• Oversee personnel, clients, and volunteers.
• Implement and enforce store procedures and policies.
• Maintain store grounds and facilities.
• Report maintenance needs and recommend replacements.
• Ensure security and loss prevention measures are in place.
• Adhere to OSHA/MIOSHA and GIWM safety regulations.
• Perform job functions of a Lead Cashier and Retail Associate, as needed.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year minimum experience in retail operations required.

Work Conditions

• Inside work, 100%.

• Weekends and holidays required.
• Available and on-call for emergencies.
• Use of personal vehicle for agency business.
• Some travel required.
