Retail Team Lead/Shift Manager
Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio seeks a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Store Team Lead/Shift Manager to help drive success in our North Olmsted retail store. This is an opportunity for individuals with leadership experience who are eager to grow in a retail management role.
About the role
As a vital part of our team, you will:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals.
- Jump in where needed—running the cash register, organizing merchandise, or monitoring store performance metrics.
Your positive attitude and leadership skills will be key to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and staff.

Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
- A high school diploma or GED
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
