Retail Team Lead/Shift Manager

About the role

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is hiring a full-time Store Team Lead/Shift Manager at our Massillon, Ohio location. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations
• Drive team goals
• Jump in wherever needed to ensure the job gets done
• Run the register
• Sort or price merchandise
• Report on metrics
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate leadership skills
• Support outreach programs (pre-employment, job placement, family strengthening, community outreach)
• Help keep tons of trash out of landfills yearly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
• High school diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
