Retail Team Lead (PT) - Waterside at Marina Del Rey Grand Opening

About the role

New Balance seeks a part-time Retail Team Lead to join its dynamic retail leadership team. This position assists with store operations, drives results, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through New Balance's Core Competencies
• Communicate and coach professionally with all associates
• Train and develop associates to achieve store key performance indicators
• Deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model
• Open and close the store
• Follow safety and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Able to lift up to 8 lbs. occasionally, kneel/squat frequently, move boxes up to 50 lbs. (with assistance), stand for extended periods, climb ladders occasionally, and climb/descend stairs frequently

Pay & Schedule

• Pay range: $18.47 - $22.25 - $26.65 hourly (actual base pay varies)
