About the role
- Active: On the floor about 85% of the time
- Monitor: Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Kickoff: Motivate associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Resolve: Customer issues via a win/win approach
- Right-hand: Support the Department Manager with team performance, customer feedback, and operational issues
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Team Lead level leadership role
- 1+ years of general retail experience
- Be a role model and leader of exceptional customer service
- Convey knowledge in a user-friendly manner as a trainer
- Positively engage associates often
- Collaborate with departments, such as pricing, to synchronize on product movement

We're an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed, and excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We process dozens of trailers each week and more than several million unique SKUs annually, selling this inventory through our well-known local retail store (11,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week) sales channels. The variety is vast, ranging from consumer items (clothing, laptops, designer purses, hardware) to commercial (rooftop air conditioners, restaurant ovens, airplane parts).
