Retail Talent Development Partner

Duties

• Aid in the development and implementation of training programs addressing operational and leadership needs.
• Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams to reinforce learning and enhance skills.
• Engage in Academy Stores to facilitate hands-on training, ensuring employees gain practical experience.
• Collaborate with the Director of Retail Talent Development, Regional Directors, and site leadership teams to identify operational challenges and implement targeted training solutions.
• Maintain a current and up-to-date understanding of and comply with all organization policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail leadership experience with an Associate’s Degree, or 3 years with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Hands-on training and development experience, employee coaching, and a strong understanding of retail operations including staffing, customer service, and merchandising.
• Experience collaborating with store leadership and regional directors to drive performance.
