Retail Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all Retail and Local affiliate locations on procedures involving our internal point-of-sale and agronometry dispatching software
• Support database maintenance and setup across both platforms
• Assist with developing and documenting workflows to capture relevant data within the software for tracked assets across MFA
• Maintain and update software systems to ensure consistent and accurate reporting information on assets
• Test new functionality of our internal software
• Provide the vendor with documentation and support for reported defects of the Software

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Business or related field
• 2 years of agronomy experience
• Knowledge of general agricultural equipment
• Basic computer skills
