About the role
The Retail Support Supervisor will join the Operational Support team in El Reno, Oklahoma, focusing on retail work order support for assigned subregions and business streams. This role involves managing retail work orders and sales orders for operations, AMS, and shipping/logistics, ensuring accuracy throughout the end-to-end process before invoicing. Quality control for all orders is a critical function.
Responsibilities
- Create US03 work orders with correct cost centers, profit centers, and customer-related data.
- Create sales orders with guidance from the project manager to ensure accurate rates and pricing.
- Collaborate with subregional leadership, supply chain, and/or shared services to reconcile outstanding charges on orders.
- Track aged work orders and assist operations with reconciliation.
- Report on work order analytics, including work orders by month, days open with no activity, and work orders closed by month.
- Report on sales order metrics for the assigned subregion.
- Assist in maintaining the customer rate matrix at a subregional level.
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable (AR) on sales order-to-invoice processes.
- Participate in subregional manager meetings to provide support related to retail work orders and sales orders.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- SAP and MyWork knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or an operational administrative role.
- Sound understanding of operational and accounting practices and principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods.
- Adherence to the highest standards of ethical behavior.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in multiple systems.
Relevant experience requirements by job level:
- Specialist/Analyst: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience.
- Senior Specialist/Analyst: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job-related experience.
- Lead Specialist/Analyst: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job-related experience.
Working Conditions
- Typically normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, extreme temperature conditions, and loud machinery. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be required.
