The Retail Supervisor at THE SHOPS AT JEFFERSON is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage operations, and drive sales growth. The position requires a strong background in retail management and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Manage customer experience, vendor relationships, and store operations.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and quick to adapt.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
