About the role

The Retail Supervisor at THE PARKS AT ARLINGTON II is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage operations, and drive sales growth. The position requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Manage customer experience, vendor relationships, and store operations.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
