Qualifications
Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting. Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment. Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture. Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly. Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Schedule
The position requires constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
