Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Inventory Associates
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns
- Partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Travel to retail locations

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required
Qualifications
Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driving, coaching, or general labor is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
