About the role

This part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory position is ideal for individuals who thrive on coaching, training, and driving results with discipline and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns
• Partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example, demonstrating core values: Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

Qualifications

Relevant experience includes retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, coaching, or athletics. No degree is required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists
• Frequent low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching)
• Frequent use of a ladder
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent travel via car and occasional travel via plane, including overnight stays

Pay

Starting wage: $19.00–$21.00 per hour.
