Retail Supervisor-GREENWOOD PARK MALL

Responsibilities

• Arrange, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as manager on duty, addressing customer experience, vendor relationships, and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with sales leadership team to implement action plans improving results and operational activities.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift upon associates' arrival.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Create exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to enhance selling and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Customer-focused selling culture and ability to foster such a culture.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
