Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of stores by managing customer interactions, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Assists with the backroom product flow function by managing inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and optimizing product flow within the store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Pay

$17.10 to $28.04 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
