Retail Supervisor

About the role

Ensures high standards of guest service and successful sales generation, while protecting company assets. Helps to maintain and enhance a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and team members. Ensures cleanliness, organization, and safe conditions of retail areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction on the day-to-day operations of the retail store
• Reflect high standards of guest service and sales generation
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe conditions of retail areas

Requirements

• Any combination of education and/or leadership/training experience in hospitality or guest service environment totaling two years
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, database, and electronic software
• Ability to type 35 words per minute
