Retail Supervisor
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Supervise and train store staff
- Open and close the store in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager
- Aid in procedures related to the cash registers, returns, and cash handling
- Deliver good customer service
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Appropriately handle customer concerns/complaints
- Stock and return merchandise per company directive
- Maintain the overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of general retail or customer service experience
- Ability to use cash register and follow Goodwill policy and procedures
- Strong management skills
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help
- Ability to reach, bend, or stoop
- Ability to stand six to eight hours a day
- Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
- Pleasant, cheerful, and professional demeanor
About the role
The entry level manager will assist in the supervision of store staff, open and close the store, and deliver good customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Pay
$19 an hour plus 20% discount on in-store purchases. Monthly Bonus Potential!
