About the role

The Retail Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specialty retail store. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Manage staff schedules and performance
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• Participate in store events and promotions

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience
• Proven ability to manage staff effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
