Position Overview

As a part-time Stylist, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day! You are the face of our organization and you're proud of it! You love our inspired designs and purpose driven brand. Most importantly, you represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively!

Responsibilities

• Customer Focused: Build and maintain relationships; use the WOW Service Principles to connect with every guest and make a difference in their day.
• Drive Results: Set goals and work hard to achieve them; build guest connections to grow brand footprint and store performance.
• Build Networks: Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Instill Trust: Do the right thing and adhere to Kendra Scott policies & procedures.
• Communicate Effectively: Educate guests on product details and personal style; make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Nimble: Thrive in various areas; flex between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Take Action: Proactively resolve concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate: Support your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts

Qualifications / Fit

• Love interacting with people
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays)
• Passion for Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars of Family, Fashion & Philanthropy
• Love fashion and keeping up with trends
• Previous retail experience (preferred but not required)
