Position Overview

As a part‑time Stylist, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day. You are the face of our organization, proud of our inspired designs and purpose‑driven brand, and you represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively.

Responsibilities

• You’re Customer Focused: Build and maintain relationships using the WOW Service Principles to connect with every guest and make a difference in their day.
• You Drive Results: Set goals and work hard to achieve them, consistently building guest connections to grow brand footprint and store performance.
• You Build Networks: Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• You Instill Trust: Do the right thing and always adhere to Kendra Scott policies & procedures.
• You Communicate Effectively: Educate guests on product details and personal style, making expert product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You are Nimble: Thrive in any setting, flexibly moving between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• You Take Action: Prioritize making a difference in guests’ days and proactively resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• You Collaborate: Support your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lb.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Passionate about Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars of Family, Fashion & Philanthropy.
• Enthusiastic about fashion and keeping up with trends.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
