Retail Store Team Leader (Part-Time) - Westlake, OH

About the role

This position focuses on training the team to exceed high standards in customer service, product knowledge, and sales. You’ll experience pride, commitment, and shared responsibility while maximizing profitable sales and maintaining effective space management.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review sales and margin information to maximize profitable sales.
• Ensure effective space management techniques are utilized.
• Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Keep all fixtures replenished at all times.
• Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques to identify business opportunities.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision, and Values.
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.

Requirements

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Experience delivering employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising skills.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must provide availability to work up to 20 hours per week.

Pay

The hourly wage for this position is $20.11, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
