We’re seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager who has a passion for people and delivering exceptional customer service, seeks out exciting new products and training opportunities, and loves hair and beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Build a great team by recruiting top talent, assessing capabilities, providing constructive feedback, and continuously developing team members.
• Set clear direction by establishing and communicating a vision, championing company goals, and creating measurable strategies for the team.
• Drive the business by identifying sales and profitability opportunities, monitoring performance, and initiating creative changes.
• Lead with passion by fostering teamwork, motivating team members, and promoting leadership at all levels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use a computerized point of sale system (SAP experience preferred)
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent GED (preferred)
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis (no immigration support/sponsorship offered)

Pay

Salary range: $25.90 – $28.80 per hour.
