Retail Store Manager

Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including staffing, associate training, salesfloor and stockroom organization, inventory management, and asset protection. Key Duties Include Coach associates to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales performanceMaintain brand presentation standards throughout the storeEnsure effective organization and operation of salesfloor and stockroom areasManage inventory to support product availability and accuracyUtilize reporting and operational metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomesProvide leadership through scheduling and workforce management Qualifications & skills: strong leadership and coaching abilities, operational and inventory management experience, commitment to customer service excellence, ability to analyze reporting/data to guide decisions, and knowledge of maintaining brand standards and protecting store assets.
