About the role
As a Retail Store Manager at Spectrum, you will lead a team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate high-performing teams through best practices and peer-sharing sessions.
- Coach and develop sales representatives to achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Ensure store success by building positive customer relationships and overcoming obstacles through probing techniques.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a retail setting, maintaining a positive company image and exceeding operational metrics.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment.
- High comfort level with personal technology.
- Intermediate knowledge of software programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Travel and flexibility to support store hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Management experience: 1+ years.
- Telecommunications/wireless experience: 1-3 years.
