As a Retail Store Manager at Spectrum, you will lead a team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages growth and innovation. You will be responsible for ensuring store success, maintaining positive customer relationships, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate high-performing teams through best practice sharing and coaching.
- Develop and coach sales representatives to achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, using probing techniques to overcome obstacles.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a retail setting, promoting the Spectrum brand and exceeding operational metrics.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, working inside a retail store environment.
- High level of comfort with personal technology.
- Technical skills: Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Physical abilities: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Schedule: Flexible travel and ability to support store hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Management experience: 1+ years.
- Telecommunications/wireless experience: 1-3 years.
Benefits
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $57,400.00 and $95,000.00, with additional forms of incentive-based compensation such as bonuses and commission earnings starting at $11,000.00.

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
Schedule
This position offers flexible travel and the ability to support store hours as business needs dictate.
