What you will achieve

Own the overall financial performance of the store
Create clear expectations, recognize achievements, and hold team members accountable for results
Build succession plans and develop internal talent for future growth opportunities
What you will need
3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused retail stores
Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development
Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees, including coaching and developing leaders
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use business metrics to drive performance
Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Appreciation of designer toys, collectibles, art, pop culture, or lifestyle brands is highly valued
Experience collaborating with international or cross-functional teams is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and move merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts
Ability to frequently bend, kneel, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools, and perform overhead work
Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, building displays, and organizing inventory
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockrooms and receiving areas
Manual dexterity to safely operate standard stockroom equipment and tools
Ability to multitask and respond effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Pay Range Details
The base salary range for this position is $68,640 - $78,400 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
