About the Role

As a full-time retail Store Manager at maurices, you’ll lead a team of talented associates to create an unforgettable experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. This role builds and supervises a high-performance team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 members of management.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and driving and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent).
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni-channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expenses.
• Connect with the community to increase awareness.
• Drive new ideas, share information with others, and create solutions.

Requirements

• Previous management experience, required; specialty retail store management experience, preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.
• Computer proficiency.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $30.07 – $33.41. Pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We meet the minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements. This position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
