About the role

The Greene - Beavercreek, OH Store Leader position is a full-time opportunity within Kendra Scott. As the CEO of your store, you will be responsible for creating a customer-centric environment, driving results, building networks, developing talent, instilling trust, communicating effectively, being nimble, collaborating, and being action-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focused: Strive to create a customer-centric environment through a "customer is our boss" mentality. Teach the WOW Service Principles to build strong guest connections with a goal of making a difference in every customer's day.
  • Drive Results: Maximize overall store productivity, build guest loyalty through WOW experiences, and create, manage, and own your store's business plan.
  • Build Networks: Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to increase the brand's impact. Acquire new customers through traffic-driving efforts.
  • Believe in Developing Talent: Advocate for team growth and development, explain, teach, and inspire daily. Focus on building skill and capability to increase internal opportunities, retention, and organizational advancement.
  • Instill Trust: Be a person of your word, gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty and authenticity, ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards, follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures, and do the right thing - always.
  • Communicate Effectively: Believe good communication results in mutual understanding, harmony, and action. Articulate a clear and compelling message and provide consistent feedback through in-the-moment coaching, touchbases, development plans, and performance reviews. Actively listen to learn and encourage open expression of diverse opinions and ideas to energize others to work together effectively.
  • Nimble: Find ways to thrive no matter what area of the business you are supporting. Draw on experiences and apply those learnings to a variety of situations. Be curious and flexible. Learn from the past, and do not shy away from trying new things.

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
  • Flexible availability - available to work when guests shop
  • Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and other key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness
  • Preferred to have flexible availability to relocate long-term to pursue career growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • A passion for Kendra Scott and what the brand represents, Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy
  • Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role
  • Prioritizing and managing tasks with attention to detail
  • Leading and developing teams and defining success as having a significant impact on others' careers
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills
  • Analyzing reporting to drive sales

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

The Greene - Beavercreek, OH Store Leader position offers a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
