About the role
This store is scheduled to open September 2026. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Kendra Scott and its values of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy, and will have led functional teams in a retail management role previously.
Responsibilities
- Customer Focused: Strive to create a customer-centric environment through a "customer is our boss" mentality. Teach the WOW Service Principles to build strong guest connections with a goal of making a difference in every customer's day.
- Drive Results: Be an expert at driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest loyalty through WOW experiences. Create, manage, and own your store's business plan.
- Build Networks: Obsessed about recruiting, hiring, and retaining a high-performing team. Increase brand awareness by building strong relationships. Acquire new customers through traffic-driving efforts that increase the brand's impact.
- Believe in Developing Talent: Advocate for your team's growth and development. Explain, teach, and inspire daily. Focus on building skill and capability of those you lead to increase internal opportunities, retention, and organizational advancement. Cultivate people and watch them flourish into their best selves!
- Instill Trust: Be a person of your word. Gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty and authenticity. Demonstrate integrity when making decisions, ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards, follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures, and do the right thing - always.

Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Flexible availability - available to work when guests shop!
- Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and other key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness
- Preferred: Flexible availability to relocate long-term to pursue career growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Passion for Kendra Scott and its values of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy
- Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Analytical skills and business acumen
- Attention to detail and strong priority-setting and time management skills
