Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with other employees, stores and any assigned customers
• Adapt to new responsibilities and opportunities as necessary
• Develop reports on open and outstanding orders
• Check and reply to emails
• Maintain appropriate, organized, and detailed records of customer communication and follow-up
• Responsible for educating clients in the products and services offered by DESIGNLAB in an effort to create new business
• Answering the phones with energy and enthusiasm
• Affirming and organizing the work areas
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Consistent attendance is a job requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word programs
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Ability to answer the phone with proper phone etiquette. When needed
• Valid and active driver’s license
• Reliable and dependable transportation
