Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Coach and motivate a small team to achieve sales goals
• Drive sales of durable workwear and outdoor apparel
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and merchandising
• Support inventory management and uphold brand standards on the sales floor
• Model a down‑to‑earth, humorous, and hands‑on culture
• Resolve customer issues and support training for new associates

• Leadership and team coaching abilities
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling and merchandising
