Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store
• Manage merchandising and product launches
• Meet and exceed sales objectives
• Ensure customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services
• Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Pay

Salary range: $49,500.00 – $74,300.00 + commission up to $26,000. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Store Managers can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding their store's sales objectives.

Schedule

Retail careers require working during stores' busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. Weekly Hours: 40. Location: USA:SD:Sioux Falls:3709 W 41st St:RET/RET
