The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies.
• Manage a team of store associates, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and sales performance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of retail management experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The Retail Store Manager typically works a standard Monday through Saturday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
